Conferencing

One thing is certain, the value of meeting in-person.  Attending a Pinpoint Stewards conference will motivate, teach and give practical tools to apply at work.

We can organise and execute any industry conference on your behalf, while you focus on your core business.

Onsite Conference

The Annual Women & Leadership in Mining Conference

Taking place annually in August or September, Johannesburg.  The Annual Women & Leadership in Mining Conference  is a two-day event not only profiling South Africa’s established leaders in mining, but also shines a spotlight on new voices rising each year. As a women-owned company, Pinpoint Stewards proudly identifies and profiles 12 new speakers annually—from executive level to on-the-ground change-makers—creating a platform that is both inclusive and transformative.

Importantly, this is Women AND Leadership—bringing men into the conversation while driving meaningful progress toward developing and achieving women-focused targets in the mining sector. By sourcing speakers locally, the conference highlights home-grown talent leading the way in South Africa’s mining industry.

Why now?

Women currently make up just 15% of South Africa’s ~450,000-strong mining workforce, and previous targets to double this figure have not been met. In 2026, the urgency is clear. Industry leaders and regulators are strengthening policies, strategies, and frameworks to advance gender equality and empowerment—and this platform is at the heart of those conversations.

Expect the latest insights, best practices, and real-world strategies for implementing impactful empowerment initiatives. More importantly, expect connection, motivation, and a united call for women to stand firm, grow, and lead.

It’s DUE- Develop-Unite-Empower

Be part of the movement—add your voice, become an empowerment partner, secure a speaking opportunity, or host a table.
